GF Credit Application

The first step in becoming a GF customer is to complete a Credit Application. As soon as your application is approved, we can issue you a password for the e-Catalogue.

Our standard credit application is available on-line as a PDF file. You can print it using your browser - then fill it out, sign it, and fax it to:

If you have your own standard credit application form, please fax us a copy before filling out our standard form. We may not require the standard form, if yours covers the basics.
