Service Technician - Calgary

General Fasteners Ltd. is currently seeking a high energy, motivated, detail-oriented individual to join the service department in our Calgary branch.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting, repair, installation and maintenance of semi & automatic packaging equipment
• Handling service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Dealing with inquiries and requests from customers and sales staff
• Data entry on a computer system
• Perform other duties as required
• Part sourcing

PLC knowledge and a millwright type background are definite assets.

This position requires both internal and external customer service skills. Good communication, organization and computer skills required.

Additional training will be offered to the successful candidate.
