Security

The checkout pages of GFXpress are protected by a Verisign SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. That means that all transmissions that contain sensitive personal information, such as your credit card number, are securely encrypted. You'll see the encryption padlock symbols appear when you access the checkout pages.

Billing and Shipping Information

GFXpress shipping is available only in selected areas of Western Canada. Your destination address is confirmed when you register to use the site. Although you can change your shipping address on checkout, you cannot change to another postal code location other than that associated with your registered password.

GFXpress shipping rates are based on the weight of the shipment and the destination postal code. Shipping rates may vary from branch to branch and are determined by the best courier fit in that branch. All GFXpress orders will be shipped via our courier and must be received by someone with signing authority for the order during regular business hours. If you will not be available to receive the shipment please arrange alternate shipping with the branch before placing your order.

Credit Card Logos

We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express as payment.

Delivery and Shipping Rates

Shipping is currently available only for the metropolitan areas of Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. GF Packaging does not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment and your destination postal code. You can check the cost of shipping your order at any point by using the Review Order option.

All orders available from branch inventory are processed and shipped within 1 business day. All other orders will be shipped in 7 to 10 days. You'll be notified on the Review Order page if any of your items are not available from branch inventory, and will have the option there of modifying your order so it can ship immediately.

If, for any reason, we cannot ship your order within time frames outlined above, a notice will be sent to your email address with an option to cancel the order for a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment, which typically occurs within one or two hours of order entry. Call 310-GFGF and refer to your 7-digit order confirmation to ask for a cancellation.

Returns

You may return any unused items purchased at GFXpress within 10 days of the original delivery. If the product is defective or the return is because a shipping error on our part, we will pay for shipping costs. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of up to 5%.

In order to return items for any reason, you will need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Call 310-GFGF for assistance in processing your return.

Once you have received an RGA, please send your items to the address of your local branch.

Important Notes:

All returns must have prior authorization from GF Packaging.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase (i.e. your credit card).
Exchanges are subject to availability and must be negotiated with your local branch.

Sales Tax

GFXpress is required to collect applicable provincial sales taxes and GST on all products sold.

Pricing and Stock Levels

All prices quoted on this site are in Canadian dollars. Prices posted here are posted in good faith but are subject to change without notice. In the event that the price listed on the site disagrees with the price of the product in your shopping cart, the shopping cart price will be deemed to be correct.

GFXpress has a state-of-the-art inventory control system and up-to-date balances are maintained for all products that we offer on this site. Mistakes in inventory levels do occur, however, and in the event that we cannot ship the items you ordered, one of our customer support representatives will be in touch with you to explain any possible delays in fulfillment. At that time you may select to cancel the order for a full refund.

GFXpress is closed during normal business hours for all statutory holidays.

Orders placed outside of normal business hours or on a holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

Log Files

GFXpress makes use of log files to monitor web site use. Logged information may include IP addresses, browser types, ISP information, dates and times, referring pages, and click counts. Logs are used to analyze usability, identify and fix problems with the site, and to gather demographic information.

GFXpress uses cookies to store information about your preferences. All cookies used by the site are for the duration of the session only and do not contain personally identifiable information. For example, the position of your shopping cart is stored as a session cookie.
